In the Email notification settings, you can first set up the email mailbox so that the WebsiteAnalyser can send notifications through this email mailbox.
Furthermore, you can specify up to 4 recipients e-mail addresses, to which a notification will be sent. You can find the settings for the e-mail notifications in the settings dialog under Application ⇒ E-mail notifications.
| Setting | Description |

| SMTP Server | Outgoing mail server/SMTP server of the e-mail mailbox to be used for sending the e-mail notifications. Here you can use both the IP address or the URL. The required data can be found in the configuration of your e-mail mailbox. |
| Username | Username of the mailbox to use for sending e-mail notifications. The required data can be found in the configuration of your e-mail mailbox. |
| Password | Password of the mailbox to use for sending e-mail notifications. The required data can be found in the configuration of your e-mail mailbox. |
| Port | Outgoing server/SMTP server port of the e-mail mailbox to be used for sending the e-mail notifications. The port usually varies depending on the encryption method. The required data can be found in the configuration of your e-mail mailbox. |
| Encoding | Encryption of the e-mail mailbox to use for sending e-mail notifications. Here you have TLS or SSL available. If required, the e-mail mailbox can be accessed without encryption if the outgoing server/SMTP server supports it. |
