Export into PDF file

In the settings for exporting a report to the PDF file format of the WebsiteAnalyser, you can view all the important settings for exporting a report or a report view of an analysis view into the PDF file format.

The settings for exporting a report or a report view to the PDF file format can be found in the settings dialog under Export ⇒ Report ⇒ PDF Export.

General settings:

SettingDescrtipion
PDF/A Export to the PDF / A file format, which is used for long-term archiving when this function is activated.
Print optimized Graphics and images are embedded in the best quality for optimal printing results when this function is activated.
Embed fonts Fonts are embedded to avoid having to install them on other devices to display the PDF file when this feature is enabled.
Background Background images of the report are embedded in the PDF file when this feature is enabled.
Outline The outline of the report, if any, will be exported to the PDF file if this feature is enabled.
Transparency Transparent images are embedded as such in the PDF file when this feature is enabled.
JPEG Quality Here you can set the quality of the embedded JPEG image data. The higher the percentage, the higher the picture quality. The file size also gets bigger with increasing image quality.

Print The PDF file is printable if this function is activated.
Modify The PDF file is changeable or can be edited, if this function is activated.
Copy text and graphics Text and graphics of the PDF file can be changed or edited, if this function is activated.
Add or modify text You can add texts to the PDF file and modify or edit them if this function is activated.

Hide toolbar Hides the toolbar of the Adobe Acrobat Reader, if this feature is enabled.
Hide menubar Hides the menubar of Adobe Acrobat Reader when this feature is enabled.
Hide Windows user interface Hides the Windows user interface of the window in which the PDF file is displayed, if this function is activated.
Fit window The display window of the PDF file is customizable when this feature is enabled.
Center window Centers the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader if this feature is enabled.
Print scaling Enables scaled printing when this feature is enabled.
