Professional OnPage and OnSite website analysis

One of the cornerstones and the most useful basis for search engine optimization is and remains the OnPage and OnSite optimization of the website. This is about all essential adjustments and actions that are made to the own domain/website along with the associated URL's. Whereas in the past, only the technical implementation of the website by the software developer or webdesigner was in the foreground, many content and structural factors can now be found in the OnPage optimization.

First, it's about basic aspects such as the structure of the programming, the central outsourcing of CSS and the setting of certain HTML tags but also the META tags, the link structure of the website and the loading speeds. All in all, a wealth of factors that can influence the ranking, and thus the success of the website and the associated company and can also decide on the growth or the preservation of a company.

We at seoBOXX provide you with the WebsiteAnalyser a software that allows you to perform OnPage and OnSite analysis quickly and easily. Results can be displayed in more than 220 analysis views by topics such as HTTP Status code, TITLE tag, DESCRIPTION tag, H tags and much more.

First OnPage and OnSite optimization or first OffPage optimization?

It is especially important that the OnPage and OnSite analysis as well as the Onpage and OnSite optimization always precede the Offpage optimization. The efficient construction of valuable and sustainable, topic-relevant backlinks without the existence of the best possible optimized website is very difficult, if not impossible.

It is also important to know that the unique OnPage and OnSite analysis of the website will not be sufficient in the long term, but it is necessary to constantly monitor the website in order to keep the website and URLs of the website optimized. In the SEO industry or SEO language this is called website monitoring. The only exception to monitoring are websites which are not subject to any changes in content or any changes in the programming.

Why should you use the WebsiteAnalyser?

The WebsiteAnalyser is the perfect SEO tool to give you a comprehensive, fast and professional analysis of your website and to visually prepare the analysis results and to generate a detailed, custom report for you. The WebsiteAnalyser dashboard gives you a quick and easy overview of broken URLs, URLs without keywords, title or description Tag, badly programmed URLs, URLs with embedded CSS, URLs with outdated HTML tags, link distribution and much more in a categorized overview including charts.

The dashboard of the WebsiteAnalyser

Furthermore, the WebsiteAnalyser creates a ToDo list from the analyzed data, which you can use as a base for the optimization. The ToDo list can be seen as an aid to the website operator or the webmaster. Based on the data of the analyzed URLs and the analyzed data of the domain, a list with errors, warnings and suggestions will be created, which will help you to improve your website and thus to achieve a better positioning in the search engines.

The WebsiteAnalyser provides you more than 220 analysis views to help you troubleshooting and bug fixing, a report view for each of the analysis views, an analysis report, and an URL report for each URL analyzed. In addition, extras such as download assistants, sitemap assistants and an URL pinger have been integrated into the WebsiteAnalyser. For a detailed overview of the complete functionality of the WebsiteAnalyser and the analysis views, please refer to the detailled WebsiteAnalyser feature list.

Can the WebsiteAnalyser check for DSGVO/GDPR-compliant implementation of the website?

In the course of the entry into force of the DSGVO/GDPR on 25.05.2018, the WebsiteAnalyser was extended by a large number of analyses and the associated analysis views. Thus every URL of your domain is checked for possible incompliances and for every incompliancy a list of the URL's with a corresponding source code section, if possible, is displayed. These analysis views are included in the various reports and, of course, can be exported and printed.

The detection of DSGVO/GDPR incoompliances will be continuously expanded and adapted to the current market situation, legal situation and the scripts of manufacturers and providers in the course of the coming updates.

The analysis process of the WebsiteAnalyser

Already during the website analysis you get a constantly updated view of the active analysis processes (threads), because the WebsiteAnalyser can work with parallel analysis processes, depending on the hardware configuration and settings, which increases the overall analysis speed and thus reduces the analysis time. Each analysis process shows the analysis progress and which URL is currently being analysed. You will also have an overview of the elapsed time, the time remaining and the number of URLs analyzed, processed, and stored in the analysis database.

If a Report Template is selected the URL Reports cover page, input page, tables, header and footer, and list lengths, and more will appear with the selected settings of the Report Template.
  • 2. URL Report
